Located in St. John, Indiana off of 93rd Avenue, BrambleWood consists of 156 lots - all single family homes.

BrambleWood is within the Lake Central School District. Elementary students attend Kolling Elementary School; middle schoolers attend Clark Middle School and high school students attend Lake Central High School. 

BrambleWood has a Homeowner's Association with yearly assessments.  Assessments are set by the Board of Directors and are due in March of each year. 

For 2026, annual dues are $200 per lot. The dues include maintenance, utilities (water), and administrative expenses for the common areas. BrambleWood Homeowners with retention ponds on their property will have an additional annual assessment. These assessments are set by the Board of Directors annually and are based on pond ownership and the costs associated with pond maintenance including treatment, aeration, and utility costs. This assessment is due in November of each year.

Trash & recycling pick-up is on Monday mornings - please do not put garbage out until dusk the night before.
